Please be advised:
- Scan the code to download the APP, find the installation and user manual in the menu bar of the APP
- After the installation, the power will turn on, and the system will automatically start inflating the air tank to operation pressure, no additional operation is required at this time. The system will stop automatically after the pressure is reached, please be patient. After the initial pumping, in order to prevent the system from overheating, please let it sit for a few minutes before lifting and lowering the vehicle. At this time, you can view the “Air Tank Pressure” in the app.
- Use the ALL DOWN function, if the initial state of the vehicle is at the ALL DOWN setting, please raise the vehicle to LOW first, before going into a different height setting
- Do not frequently raise and lower the vehicle in a short period of time, the continuous operation of the system might cause overheating in the equipment, resulting in failure or damage, which might not be covered under the warranty.
- After the installation, please double-check strut tower bolts, shock absorber bolts, locking rings and all connecting rod bolts of the chassis, etc before beginning the road test
- Do not dismantle any of the equipment and parts, it will void the warranty

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from any of the following circumstances:
Misuse or abuse of the product, including but not limited to off-road driving through water, exposure to corrosive substances, or operation beyond the intended use of the air suspension system.
Damage resulting from natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, or any other environmental conditions beyond normal operating conditions.
Accidents, collisions, or any impact-related damage that affects the functionality or structural integrity of the air suspension system.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs not compliant with OnAir EUs standards, or modifications using non-approved parts or configurations.
Usage of the product in a manner that is inconsistent with the recommendations or guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
Installation or service by individuals or entities not certified or authorized by OnAir EUs or its designated representatives.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to aging of the air suspension components, such as airbags, struts, compressors, and electronic sensors.
Overloading the vehicle beyond its specified weight limits, resulting in undue stress and potential damage to the air suspension system.
Electrical interference, power surges, or failures caused by the vehicle’s electrical system or any third-party electronic devices.
Use of improper, contaminated, or incompatible fluids or lubricants that could damage the air suspension system.
This product is warranted for a period of 2 years or 50,000 kilometers (approximately 31,000 miles), whichever comes first. It is crucial to adhere to the guidelines and maintenance schedules provided to ensure the longevity and proper functioning of the air suspension system. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in voiding the warranty.
